San Antonio Water Systems (SAWS) and the Lawns & the Environment Initiative is proud to offer the following hotel rates during the First National Lawns & the Environment Conference.

The rate for these rooms is available through February 24, 2004. (Space is limited, so call ASAP)  Please ask for the SAWS conference rate when making your reservations.

 

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

 

Shuttle service to/from the Menger Hotel is available from the San Antonio airport through SATRANS.  The cost is $9 one way or $16 round trip and tickets can be purchased at the booth outside of baggage claim. (approx. 1 hour)

 

Taxis are also available at the rate of approximately $14.50 for a carload of up to 4 persons. (approx. 15 minutes)

 

 


Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations postmarked by March 10 will receive an 80% refund.  All cancellations must be received in writing.  Registrants who do no attend and fail to cancel prior to the deadline will be charged the entire registration fee.
